Happy employees work better. And longer, and more efficiently. With these words of wisdom in mind, the Merchant Advance Capital team hit the road for two days of team building and strategic exercises in Portland, Oregon. The trip was a huge success and the team was able to set aside time to discuss topics that are sometimes forgotten during the day-to-day grind of a busy office.
